Privacy Policy

Orator Hype Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") operates the OmniFlow business management platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, phone, and role, provided when a tenant administrator creates a user, or when a customer/vendor portal account is auto-provisioned from an enquiry or quote.
- Business records — customers, vendors, leads, enquiries, quotes, orders, and invoices that your organisation enters or that are captured automatically from connected email, WhatsApp, or Telegram channels.
- Usage data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security, debugging, and product improvement.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to provide and operate the Service, including: routing enquiries to the right tenant and assignee; sending transactional and notification emails (e.g. portal welcome emails, quote-status updates, sales-target reminders) from our system identity (noreply@oratorhype.com); and powering AI-assisted features such as lead scoring, BOQ drafting, and vendor quote comparison.
3. Data isolation between tenants
OmniFlow is multi-tenant software. Every business record is tagged to a single tenant and is enforced at both the application layer and the database layer (PostgreSQL Row-Level Security) so that one tenant's data is never visible to another tenant.
4. Third-party processors
We use the following categories of sub-processors to operate the Service: AI model providers (for AI-assisted drafting and extraction features), email delivery infrastructure, and cloud hosting / object storage. These processors only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
5. Data retention
We retain tenant data for as long as the tenant's account remains active, and for a reasonable period after termination to allow data export, unless a shorter period is required by law or agreed with the tenant.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Requests can be directed to your tenant administrator or to support@oratorhype.com.
7. Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (TLS), role-based access control, and database-level tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we continuously work to improve our safeguards.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to tenant administrators by email.
