Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the OmniFlow business management platform ("OmniFlow", "the Service") operated by Orator Hype Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts & tenants

OmniFlow is a multi-tenant platform. Each organisation ("tenant") that registers is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides, for maintaining the confidentiality of its users' login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under its tenant.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to another tenant's data; to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service's operation; or to use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including data protection and GST/tax regulations applicable to your business.

3. Customer & vendor data

Tenants remain the data controller for the customer, vendor, and business records they enter into OmniFlow. We act as a data processor, storing and processing this data solely to provide the Service, including AI-assisted features such as lead scoring, BOQ drafting, and quote comparison.

4. AI-generated content

Certain features (lead scoring, bill-of-quantities drafting, vendor quote extraction, notification drafting) use AI models to generate suggestions. These outputs are provided as a starting point and are editable — you remain responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is acted upon (e.g. sent to a customer or vendor).

5. Subscription & payment

Access to paid tiers of the Service is subject to the commercial terms agreed separately with your account team. Fees are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a tenant that breaches these Terms. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable window to export tenant data before deletion, except where prohibited by law.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orator Hype Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to tenant administrators by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
